More on the subject of birds

I saw this New Holland Honeyeater in the garden yesterday morning before driving to work. The bird was hopping all over our grevillea plant. It had yellow wings and was so pretty I had to take a photo. I was in a hurry to get to work early, and the bird was fast so the photos weren't good enough to pick up the colours.

Hi Anna! thanks for leaving a comment on my blog... your blog and website look great! yeah we had a look at the pica markets on the sunday as well - so much busier!! i read in your profile that you are working in visual merchandising - i think that would be really interesting. i have worked for a homewares(bedroom/bathroom) shop in bunbury, and loved helping out doing all the displays. anyway i've put a link to your blog from mine - hope thats ok :-) Danielle

Oh wow - i actually applied for the VM position for adairs in bunbury but wasn't successful. i had an interview for a sales assistant position and was offered a job but turned it down cos when i really thought about it i didn't feel like it was going to be right for me for a number of reasons, one of them being that i really just want to focus on building up my label at the moment. but thankyou for offering to recommend me! i think the store is opening soon, have seen quite a bit of work happening there recently when i have driven past...
